'Rolling Famine' To Support Code Pink, Hollywood

American actors Sean Penn and Susan Sarandon are to join a hunger strike protesting against the war in Iraq. The fast began outside the White House in Washington yesterday, 4 July. Each protestor is to give up food for 24 hours, passing the fast from person to person every 24 hours. This "rolling fast", which has been organised by woman's anti-war group CodePink, is to last until 21 September, International Peace Day.
